This release took a very different approach than my previous ones. I went for a very spacey, broken up vibe with these songs. I think it has a very cool contrast between atmospheric, and harsh elements in it. Four out of five songs in this release are also using e-drums, with the exception of "Heavy Machinery Inc" which used a drum machine.

Rachel Skye is a character I just made up over time, a female with purple hair that I would often recreate and play as in video games when I had the opportunity to make a custom character. The name just stuck.
